Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years or older 2.Hip fracture diagnosed by X-ray (including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures) 3.Time from fracture to treatment does not exceed 21 days 4.Decision to undergo surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fractures involving two or more anatomical sites 2. Pathological fractures 3. Conservative treatment adopted 4.History of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs before admission 5. Previous trauma and internal fixation surgery on the same side of the hip.
