Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? over 18 years of age; ? Patients after total knee/hip replacement; ? Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally; ? Complete clinical medical records (including general information, present history, past history, personal history, laboratory examination, ultrasound examination, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? DVT before total knee / hip replacement; ? patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis after surgery in other sites; patients with ? confusion and cannot communicate; ? incomplete clinical data; patients with deep vein thrombosis before ? enrollment; ? Other patients not suitable for study, such as patients with severe insufficiency of vital organ function, patients with tumor, patients with blood system diseases, etc.
