Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All discharged patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis within a total of 12 months, including 6 months before the launch of the sepsis diagnosis and treatment support system (July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023) and 6 months after the launch (January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024), will be included. The patient data will be collected from electronic databases using any of the 96 fields related to sepsis, septicemia, or bloodstream infection as the discharge diagnosis. The age range is 18-80, and both males and females are included. The diagnostic criteria for sepsis patients are as follows: confirmed infection or suspected infection; Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score is =2 points higher than the baseline score.

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women or women in the breastfeeding period
