Interventions

total stimulation pulses 1500
number of stimuli 3 pulses/string, string interval 1s
500 strings in total
HIIT group:The first 5 min was the warm-up time, during which the subjects adjusted their heart rate to the required range
subsequently, the exercise intensity was alternated between 80%-90% VO2max and 40%-50% VO2max in a ratio of 4:3, i.e., 4 min of 80%-90% VO2max exercise and 3 min of 40%-50% VO2max exercise, for a tota
and the last 5 min was the relaxation exercise at the end of the training.
rTMS group:Right dorsolateral frontal lobe, stimulation frequency 1Hz
stimulation intensity 80% resting threshold
total stimulation time 30 minutes. Treatment was given five times a week for two weeks.
HIIT combine with rTMS group:A separate HIIT intervention was completed in weeks 1-4 of the intervention with the same exercise protocol as in the HIIT group, and the same exercise intervention as in
control group:Subjects were instructed to keep their old habits unchanged without intervention and to repeat the relevant test six weeks after completing the baseline test
