Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnosised with cancer; 2.aged 14 or above; 3.used John Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool as fall risk assessment tool during their stay in hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. out of hopsital during the period of data collecting; 2.recived surgery therapy within three months before the data collecting 3.totally immobilized
