Experimental group (Group L):Quadratus lumbois block was performed with bupivacaine liposome combined with bupivacaine hydrochloride
Control group (Group C):Quadratus lumbois block was performed with bupivacaine hydrochloride alone

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing donor nephrectomy at selected time; Age =18 years old; ? Gender is not limited; (4) ASA was graded ?~?; ?BMI 18.5~28.0 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? suffering from central nervous system and mental illness; ? Severe cardiovascular system, liver and lung dysfunction; (3) Long-term history of sedative and analgesic drugs; ? Allergic to local anesthesia drugs; (5) Failure of quadrata block.
