Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic surgery, the estimated duration greater than 2 hours 2.Age>18 years old 3.The body mass index<30kg/m2 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III 5.ARISCAT score = 26 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe acute and chronic lung diseases, including respiratory failure, pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis, and poorly controlled asthma 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular complications and NYHA grade III-IV 3.Patients who have undergone thoracic surgery or have a history of mechanical ventilation within 4 weeks 4.Patients with other contraindications for PEEP, including high intracranial pressure, bronchopleural fistula and hypovolemic shock
