Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the relevant diagnosis of RSA in the 2020 consensus of experts on the diagnosis and treatment of natural abortion in China, and has been clearly diagnosed through clinical and imaging examinations; 2. Have experienced more than one spontaneous abortion; 3. Good compliance; 4. Both spouses have normal chromosome karyotypes; 5. Age>18 years old,<35 years old; 6. Informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. RSA caused by infection or immune related reasons; 2. People with autoimmune diseases, syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B infectious diseases; 3. Patients with cervical dysfunction; 4. Non natural conception; 5. Severe lesions in important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys.
