18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Absence of contraindications for laparoscopic surgery. 2. Patients undergoing gynecologic benign surgeries who meet the indications for laparoscopic surgery. 3. Age between 18 and 70 years. 4. Preoperative hemoglobin level > 7g, surgical duration less than 6 hours, and intraoperative blood loss less than 800ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications for laparoscopic surgery. 2. History of other malignancies or preoperative history of radiation or chemotherapy. 3. History of more than 2 pelvic surgeries, bowel obstruction, or intraoperative intestinal procedures in the current surgery. 4. History of urinary incontinence. 5. History of mental illness.
