18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Meeting the histologic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association for chronic wound; (3) The duration of wound is one month or more; (4) The patient or the accompanying person has the ability to operate the smartphone; (5) Informed consent and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Palliative, malignant or fungal tumors, wounds with blind-end tracks such as sinus tracts, dry gangrene, exposed blood vessels and other non-healing wounds; (2) Suffering from mental illness or not cooperating with care; (3) Suffering from autoimmune diseases or other serious comorbidities; (4) Hospitalized patients.
