Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the definition of acute lung injury: (1) Acute onset with pathogenic factors; (2) The oxygenation index (PaO2/Fi02)<300mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa) does not refer to the level of positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP); (3) The chest X-ray shows patchy shadows in both lungs; (4) Pulmonary artery occlusion pressure<18mmHg, or no clinical evidence of increased left atrial pressure; (5) Acute paroxysmal respiratory failure. ? Age 18-80 years old; ? Hospitalization within 24 hours of symptom onset; ? BMI (kg/m2): 18-30; ? Those who voluntarily participate in research and sign informed consent forms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from cancer or hematological malignancies; ? Merging autoimmune diseases; ? Pregnant or lactating women
