Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese college students;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) formal diagnosis of suicidal ideation or any mental illness; (2) taking psychotropic drugs in the past year; (3) received psychological treatment in the past six months.
