Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for drug-resistant tuberculosis in the "Manual for the Prevention and Treatment of Drug-resistant Tuberculosis" and whose sputum smear was confirmed positive by pathogenic examination, including mono-drug resistant tuberculosis, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis; 2. Communication skills were normal; 3. Receive treatment for drug-resistant tuberculosis; 4. Age =18 years old; 5.Patients were aware of the study and voluntarily signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental, consciousness and communication disorders; 2.Complicated with malignant tumors; 3.Serious damage of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 4.Participating in other research; 5.Patients with unstable condition, death, withdrawal or loss of follow-up.
