Interventions

Group AD intervention:On the basis of maintaining Alzheimer's disease related medication, take composite probiotic capsules.
Group AD control:Maintain medication related to Alzheimer's disease and not take composite probiotic capsules.
Group MCI intervention:On the basis of maintaining Alzheimer's disease related medication, take composite probiotic capsules.
Group MCI control:Maintain medication related to cognitive impairment and not take composite probiotic capsules.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age is =60 years old. ?Fulfilled National Institute on Aging Alzheimer’s Association criteria in 2011 for Probable AD dementia, or the modified MCI criteria in 2003: ?Patients with ß-amyloid (Aß) positive on positron emission tomography (PET) imaging or Aß and p-tau biomarkers positive in cerebrospinal fluid are prioritized for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cognitive impairment is caused by other neurological diseases or other causes such as syphilis and alcoholic encephalopathy etc. ? Patients with poor compliance, bad physical condition, and low educational level who cannot complete the whole examination. ? Other situations that the researchers believe may interfere with this study.
