Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adults, aged 18 to 30 years old; (2) Have not received cupping treatment in the last three months; (3) No shoulder or upper extremity pain in the last three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed with contraindications to cupping such as bleeding disorders, e.g., allergic purpura, hemophilia, and leukemia; (i.e., coronary artery insufficiency, arrhythmia, and heart failure); (2) Individuals diagnosed with contraindications to strenuous exercise such as heart disease, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease or hypertension; (3) Individuals with obvious open wounds at the site of cupping therapy (biceps body surface), obvious pain and swelling in the upper limbs, fractures that have not healed firmly, musculoskeletal disorders, and neuromuscular injuries; (4) Those who must perform other physical exercises during the experiment due to irresistible factors; (5) Those who have recently participated in other experiments containing means of exercise or fatigue recovery.
