Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage IA non-small cell lung cancer patients who underwent minimally invasive segmentectomy and lobectomy in seven hospitals in China and Italy from 2014 to 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous thoracic surgery before this time pulmonary operation, induction therapy before surgical operation, early-stage lung cancer located in the right middle lobe, extended segmentectomy or lobectomy
