Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who meet the Rotterdam criteria. 2. Aged between 18 and 35. 3. No pharmacological intervention was performed within 3 months. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who also suffer from other serious liver, kidney, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, malignant tumor and genetic or familial disease. 2. Endocrine disorder such as thyroid hormone and diabetes. 3. Those who also suffer from endometriosis and other chronic autoimmune disease. 4. Other situations that researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
