60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old 2. Clear awareness, good comprehension, and good language communication skills 3. Compliance of one of the following : ? Diagnosis of stable coronary heart disease:meet with the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease; ? Carotid artery atherosclerosis : Intima-media thickness of carotid artery =0.9 mm or atherosclerotic plaque by carotid ultrasound 4. Not participating in other rehabilitation training programs 5. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form, and are willing to follow the visit plan requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance and failure to follow up on time 2. Meet any of the following items: A) Patients with severe arrhythmia, moderate or severe valvular disease, atrial fibrillation, aortic dissection or aneurysm, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and the New York Society of Cardiology (NYHA) =?;B) with mental illness, cognitive insufficiency, visual dysfunction, or auditory impairment who cannot cooperate exercise C) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary fibrosis and other chronic pulmonary diseases D) Serious liver, kidney, lung and chest diseases and chronic consumptive diseases such as blood system diseases and cancer E) =50% stenosis of the carotid artery, or stroke or transient ischemic attack at 3 months prior to randomization F) History of aortiti s or immune vasculitis G) Patients in the acute phase of various diseases or with unstable clinical symptoms H) Patients with nerve, muscle and bone diseases, unable to exercise normally I) Serious adverse reactions or significant ECG changes occurred during the exercise endurance test 3. Any other investigator deemed inappropriate to participate in this study.
