Treatment group:Take three capsules of GV-971 in the morning and three capsules in the evening each day, with an intervention duration of three months.
Control:Take three placebo capsules with the same appearance as GV-971 in the morning and evening each day, with an intervention duration of three months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Ages 25-45, both genders, stable vital signs; (2) BMI equal to or greater than 24; (Based on "2022 Chinese Expert Consensus on Obesity Prevention and Treatment - Screening Methods and Diagnostic Criteria for Overweight/Obesity") (3) Weight change within a range of less than 5% in the last 3 months; (4) Demonstrates good compliance, willing to cooperate with follow-up, and able to adhere to medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have taken antibiotics, antimicrobial agents, H2 receptor blockers, proton pump inhibitors, glucocorticoids, or probiotic supplements in the past 3 months; (2) Patients with diabetes; (3) Impaired heart, liver, kidney function, or other severe physical illnesses; (4) Suffering from severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; (5) Chronic gastrointestinal diseases or severe immune deficiencies; (6) History of taking sodium oligo-mannurarate (GV-971) or allergic reactions to GV-971; (7) Pregnant, lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant.
