Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gynecological surgery under positive pressure ventilation with a drainage laryngeal mask airway, ASA I-II, aged 18 to 70 years, weighing 45 to 75 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a high risk of aspiration, reduced lung compliance or excessive airway resistance, restricted mouth opening, severe obesity, pharyngeal injury, and severe tonsillar hypertrophy
