Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ) All enrolled patients met the 1977 American College of Rheumatology ( ACR ) gout classification criteria and / or the 2015 ACR gout classification criteria ; 2 ) At least one gouty arthritis occurred within one year before the study ; 3 ) serum uric acid > 7.0mg / dl ( 420umol / L ) ; 4 ) Not receiving any uric acid-lowering drugs for at least 1 month before entering the study ; 5 ) Included in the study after written informed consent ; 6 ) HLA-5801 was negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 ) age 1.5 mg / dL ( 133umol / L ) ; 4 ) Patients with severe comorbidities, and researchers judged not to be the appropriate candidates to participate in the study.
