Proton pump inhibitor pretreatment time is less than one week:Amoxicillin-vonoprazan dual therapy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18~70 years old, male or female 2: No antibiotics, bismuth, or H2 receptor antagonists used in the past four weeks, History of PPI or P-CAB applications; 3: 13C urea breath test positive or gastroscopy confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection 4: Have indications for Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment, and be willing to cooperate with doctors to conduct follow-up investigation of eradication efficacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe heart, liver and kidney function damage 2: Pregnant or lactating women 3: Previous history of H. pylori therapy,History of upper gastrointestinal surgery, history of gastric malignancy, history of liver and kidney damage, history of pyloric stenosis, pregnancy. 4: Participation in other drug studies within 3 months ; 5: Taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or alcohol abuse 6: Patients who are allergic to either drug of the dual regimen
