Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age between 18-28 years old, right-handed, with normal intelligence and (corrected) vision; ? Physical health, no cardiovascular system disease, no respiratory system disease, no other functionally impaired disease; ? No recent use of any hormonal drugs or drugs with hormones as antidepressants; ? Have not previously received mind and body training such as positive thinking meditation; ? Regular menstrual cycle (cycle of 21-35 days, bleeding time of 3-10 days) ? Have a score of less than 40 on the Beck Depression Questionnaire; ? Having premenstrual syndrome (PMS): one or more PMS-related deficits and somatic manifestations during the premenstrual 5 days of the last three menstrual cycles: deficits symptoms include depression, anger, irritability, anxiety, confusion, and social withdrawal; and somatic symptoms include breast pain, abdominal distension, headache, and swelling of the extremities. These manifestations gradually disappeared on days 4-13 after the start of the cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who had more severe menstrual symptoms that made them unable to cooperate with the study; ? Any hormonal drugs or drugs with hormones as antidepressants taken in the last three months; ? Women with any ovulation abnormality or pelvic inflammatory disease and endocrine abnormality; ? Subjects with contraindications to exercise.
