EP Group:Conventional epidural puncture placement

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy primipara, gestational age 37~42 weeks, ASA grade ?~?, cervical dilation 2~5cm, pain score NRS>5, due to uterine contraction pain required to perform intramural labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia or refusal to perform intraspinal analgesia, allergy to ropivacaine or sufentanil, use of opioids or sedatives within 4 hours before requiring intraspinal analgesia, delivery by cesarean section, known fetal abnormalities.
