Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for infants were as follows: 1. Age between 1 and 6 months 2. Term infants of average weight 3. No use of probiotics or antibiotics within the previous four weeks The corresponding mothers met the following criteria: 1. Excellent physical and mental health during pregnancy and breastfeeding 2. Healthy breast status 3. No use of probiotics and antibiotics during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The infant exclusion criteria are as follows: 1. There is no infectious diarrhea, biliary diseases, anorectal diseases, congenital neuro-muscular disease, metabolic and endocrine diseases, hereditary diseases, or drug-induced abnormal defecation. 2. Stool frequency and traits must have changed significantly in the two weeks preceding the study. 3. No severe eczema and cow’s-milk protein allergy. The mother exclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Pregnancy complications such as pregnancy diabetes, pregnancy hypertension and hypothyroidism during pregnancy; (2) Allergic diseases; (3) Anemia, malnutrition, etc; (4) Neuropsychiatric disorders; (5) Family inherited diseases; (6) Having bad habits.
