18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Select 132 patients from the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Dalian Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital, who are prepared for elective lobectomy. ? Gender is not limited. ? Age range is 18-65 years old. ? BMI range is 18-30 kg/?. ? ASA classification is grade I to grade II. ? Estimated duration of surgery is 1-2 hours. ? No metabolic diseases, no arrhythmias, no significant dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, and intact skin without skin diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs. 2. Cognitive impairment. 3. Allergy to Ciprofol and its ingredients. 4. History of analgesic medication and alcohol addiction. 5. Patient transferred to ICU after surgery and did not recover normally to be transferred to the ward. 6. Recently had plans for pregnancy and breastfeeding. 7. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 8. Refused to participate in this study.
