Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment at least 3 months 2.Meet any CHS frailty scale criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with a condition that, in the opinion of the attending physician, hinders or is inappropriate for participation in physical exercises. 2.Concurrent participation in other rehabilitation programs (involving lifestyle, exercise programs, nutritional or pharmaceutical interventions). 3.Cognitive impairment (defined as three-word delayed recall test, recall of <2 words). 4.Physical dysfunction (defined as walking independently (without assistance and without rest) <10m) 5.Visual and hearing impairment, difficulty communicating with researchers. 6.Do not accept informed consent or do not accept random assignment. 7.Do not follow the intervention protocol well or do not receive regular follow-up.
