Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Entecavir group:Children with chronic type B hepatitis were included retrospectively. According to the therapeutic effect in 48 weeks, the responders defined as the lack of serum HBeAg, low or undetectable HBV DNA levels ( 10^7 IU/ml, alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ) consistently within the normal range . Imunne active ( IA ) phase, recurrently HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B, is characterised by the presence of serum HBeAg, HBV DNA >10^4IU/ml and elevated ALT. Combined response ( CR ) were defined as the lack of serum HBeAg, low or undetectable HBV DNA levels ( <2000IU/ml ), and ALT normalization after receiving antiviral therapy. Vertical group: Children with HBsAg or HBV DNA positive at least 6 months were treated with entecavir and followed up for at least 48 weeks in our hospital
