Experimental group:Administration of esketamine 0.5mg/kg by sedation before induction
Control group:An equal volume of saline was administered before induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Male children with occult penis aged 2 to 10years; ?ASA class I to II; ?Children who are proposed to have occult penile orthopedic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with mental retardation and developmental delay, or neurological or cognitive dysfunction; ?Patients with combined other important organ diseases; ?Patients with complicated conditions whose operation time is longer than 1hour; ?Patients whose parents refuse.
