Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in 2018 or the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in 2019, supported by CT or MRI;?Age 30-80 years old;?The first occurrence of unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, the duration of the disease was from 1 to 6 months after the onset of the disease;?Hemiplegic shoulder pain, VAS score greater than 3 points;?Stable vital signs;?Good cognitive function, able to communicate effectively, cooperate with treatment and evaluation;?The patients or their family members gave their informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with a history of shoulder surgery and pain prior to stroke;?Patients with a history of metallic implants or pacemaker implantation in the skull;?Patients with a history of epilepsy, brain damage, or skull defects;?Skin allergy to KT or presence of skin infections.
