Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Secondary sexual characteristics developed in girls before 7.5 years of age; ? Linear growth acceleration, the annual growth rate is higher than that of normal children; ? The bone age is 1 or more years older than the actual age; ? The gonads increased, pelvic B-ultrasound showed that the volume of uterus and ovary increased, and multiple follicles with a diameter of > 4mm could be seen in the ovaries; ? The hypothalamic-pituitary gonadal axis is activated, and the serum gonadotropin and sex hormone reach adolescent levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Obesity, hypothalamic-pituitary congenital malformations, tumors, McCune Albright syndrome, infections, invasive and inflammatory diseases, and iatrogenic or traumatic injuries; ? Other types of abnormal growth and development, including Turner syndrome, hypothyroidism, etc. ? Previous or current use of other drugs.
