18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years old, ASA grade I-III, BMI < 35,open liver resection, Child-Pugh class A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No ability to sign informed consent, unable to communicate 2) Coagulation dysfunction 3) Allergic to ropivacaine 4) History of upper abdominal surgery or trauma. 5) Alcohol and Drug Abusers 6) Intraoperative Blood Loss > 500ml 7) Tracheal tube could not be removed for clinical reasons
