Gold Standard:In accordance to DSM-5 guidelines, clinical self-report scale assessing the diagnostic criteria of SSD developed by Toussaint et al was carried out to asseasss the presence of SSD. The
Index test:An artificial intelligence diagnostic model based on patient demographics, clinical characteristics, psychological characteristics, pain characteristics, infrared thermal imaging, etc.

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age=18 years; 2) Without any skin diseases ,scar or occlusion in the face; 3) With chronic pain as the main complaint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe psychiatric conditions (personality disorders,cognitive impairment, Schizophrenia, depressive disorders, suicidal thouPght etc.); 2) Pregnant women ; 3) Communication disorders or poor reading skills; 4) Cancer pain; 5) Patients with a severe disabling condition; 6)Other disease that maybe affect skin temperature.
