60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gastric cancer and colorectal surgery; 2. Aged 60 or above; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III; BMI 18-25kg/m^2. 3. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE)=24, Hospital anxiety and hospital scale (HADS)=7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, deafness, severe visual impairment and other communication disorders; 2. Patients with senile dementia and severe cognitive dysfunction before surgery;
