Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?20 ~55 years old; ?BMI index range: 18.5=BMI< 25; ?4 points =NPRS=7 points; ? Lumbar and sacral pain duration/discontinuity =3 months; (5) MRI/CT showed no lumbar disc herniation, fracture, tumor or structural abnormality; ? Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? spinal fractures, dislocation, severe trauma; ? lumbar soft tissue tumor, tuberculosis; ? Patients with lumbar fusion and severe osteoporosis; (4) Patients with heart pacemakers and metal foreign bodies in the body; ? Patients with a history of spinal surgery; ? Have serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases and mental patients; ? Women with pregnancy, lactation, menstruation and frequent dysmenorrhea; ? Unable to complete the experiment due to fear; ? Long and short leg difference > 0.5cm; ? Flat feet.
