Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent clavicular surgery in our hospital between December 2023 and June 2024 were enrolled, aged 18-70 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II, internal fixation of clavicular fracture or removal of clavicular fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused, phrenic nerve injury, mental illness could not cooperate, complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea, and contraindications to cervical plexus and brachial plexus block
