Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the 4th Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995, first-time onset, unilateral hemisphere stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI; ? Age 18-80 years old ? Stage 1<Upper limb and hand Brunnstrom staging<Stage 6; ? 3 points<FMA<28 points ? Stable vital signs; ? Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe liver, kidney, heart and lung dysfunction or malignant tumors; ? There are pacemakers, built-in electrodes, metal implants or skull defects in the body, and other contraindications to TMS; ? Aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, history of mental illness; ? Severe visual and auditory impairments; ? History of epileptic seizures within the past three months or recent use of antiepileptic drugs
