Simple obesity

Interventions

Treatment Group:In the treatment group, on the basis of the routine acupoint catgut embedding group, the points of soothing liver and regulating qi-taichong (shuang) , Hegu (shuang) , neiguan (shuang)
Control Group:Routine acupoint catgut-embedding therapy was used in the treatment of selected acupoints: Tianshu (Shuang) , zhongwan, Zusanli (shuang) , Sanyinjiao (shuang) , fenglong (Shuang) .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for simple obesity and the syndrome of liver depression due to spleen deficiency; (2) those who are between 18 and 60 years old and have no gender limitation; (3) those who only accept the treatment of this regimen and cooperate with the observation voluntarily; Can complete the treatment according to the research plan, and cooperates with this topic researcher; (4) does not have the spirit, the intelligence barrier person.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not fully meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Suspected secondary obesity after examination, including hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; (3) Combined with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Those who are allergic to metals, PGLA threads, etc., and/or surgical sutures cannot be absorbed (5) Women who are menstruating, pregnant, lactating or intending to become pregnant; (6) Have special constitutions such as needle sickness and blood sickness; (7) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency.
