Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy, age >18 years, BMI 18-25kg/m2, informed consent, willing to participate in and cooperate with the examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thoracic surgery history; Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor blood sugar control, coagulation dysfunction; Patients with severe ischemic hypoxic diseases (including COPD, chronic pulmonary heart disease); Patients with unstable angina; Allergic to local anesthesia drugs; Patients with difficulty in implementing paravertebral block.
