Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age=60 years old, male or female; 2)Newly diagnosed as having MM according to the updated IMWG diagnostic criteria 2014; 3)Patients were assessed as intermediate-fit or frailty based on the IMWG-GA score,having measurable indicators,and are not eligible for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ; 4)Informed consent was obtained from the patient or the authorized principal, and informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with invasive tumors that have not been effectively controlled except for multiple myeloma ; 2) Patients with known gastrointestinal diseases or surgery that could interfere with the oral absorption of drugs, gastrointestinal symptoms that cannot be controlled, including difficulty swallowing; 3) Any other medical or psychiatric condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, contraindicates the participant's participation in this study.
