Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years, both genders; (2) Capable of understanding the researcher's instructions accurately, able to independently complete the various examinations or with assistance from family members; (3) Willing to provide written informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with diseases such as gastritis or gastric ulcers within the past six months, or experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort such as diarrhea or constipation; (2) Severe dysfunction of major organs such as heart, liver, and kidneys, or suffering from metabolic diseases such as diabetes; (3) Took any medications in the week prior to the examination; (4) Other conditions as determined unsuitable for participation by the researcher.
