Nerve injury after parturient analgesic puncture

Interventions

The Methylprednisolone Group:When nerve root injury occurred, group M received epidural injection of methylprednone 40 mg (5ml).
Dexamethasone Group :When nerve root injury occurred, group D received an epidural injection of dexamethasone 5 mg (5ml).

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I or II level 2. Ages 18-35 3. Single term pregnancy 4. BMI=30 Kg/m2 5. No symptoms of lumbar or leg pain or nerve injury 6. Volunteer for intraspinal labor analgesia 7. Abnormal sensation during puncture or epidural catheterization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia 2. Glucocorticoid drug allergy 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or dysfunction of other organs 4. History of intraspinal anesthesia
