Interventions

Group A:Group A received intravenous lidocaine 1.0 mg/kg during anesthesia induction, continued to pump lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg?h during the operation until the end of the operation, and continued to pump
Group B:Group B was given lidocaine 1.0 mg/kg intravenously during anesthesia induction, and continued to pump lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg?h until the end of the operation.
Group C:Group C was given equal volume of normal saline.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the participants obtained informed consent before surgery and selected 120 patients, male or female, aged 18-75 years old, with ASA grades I and II and basically normal liver and kidney function, to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of chronic pain and use of related drugs before surgery, changes in operation mode (conversion to thoracotomy during surgery), history of related drug allergies, arrhythmia, serious heart or mental disease, liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery, and refused to participate in the study.
