40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the 2011 NIA-AA diagnostic criteria for AD, 2. Can cooperate with the colonoscopy, 3. Have self-care ability, 4. Patient and family sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria, 2. Combined psychiatric problems, 3. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, 4. Organic diseases of digestive tract, 5. Not willing to participate in this study.
