Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Retrospective cohort inclusion criteria :? Preoperative MRI examination will be performed, including T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR, and 3D-T1WI enhanced scan. DWI, DTI, PWI, MRS, and rs-fMRI are performed simultaneously when exploring multimodal images; ? Postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of 'diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27M-mutation'. 2 ) Prospective cohort inclusion criteria :? MRI examination will be performed before biopsy, including T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR, and 3D-T1WI enhanced scan. DWI, DTI, PWI, MRS, and rs-fMRI are performed simultaneously when exploring multimodal images;? The pathological diagnosis after the biopsy is the ' diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27M-mutation '; ? The histopathological grade is WHO grade 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Retrospective cohort exclusion criteria: ? Patients received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before MRI examination; ?Image quality is poor and can not be analyzed accordingly; ?There were other intracranial complications that affected the accuracy of image analysis and prediction. 2) Prospective cohort exclusion criteria: Patients were lost to follow-up and/or patients underwent invasive treatments such as surgical resection and convection-enhanced administration during the initial diagnosis or follow-up. The remaining exclusion criteria were the same as the retrospective study.
