Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 6-12 years old ? Children diagnosed with brain injury and unilateral limb hemiplegia, including spastic hemiplegia of cerebral palsy, brain injury, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and brain tumor surgery, etc. ? The muscle tension of the key muscles of the affected lower limb conforms to the improved Ashworth scale =2. ? Brinell stage =3 stages. ? Can understand and obey the therapist's instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?serious heart and lung disease, severe epilepsy or mental illness. ? Other diseases that affect walking, such as orthopedic diseases, dislocation, deformation, fracture, etc. ? Older people with obviously unequal lower limbs.
