20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-70 years old, gender unlimited; (2) 20 kg/m2= BMI =35 kg/m2; (3) The patient voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent; (4) Able to communicate well with patients and follow the requirements of the whole experiment; (5) Normal control group: 75g glucose tolerance test was normal; (6) Diabetes group: patients diagnosed with T2DM according to WHO criteria (1999); (7) Diabetic cardiomyopathy group: on the basis of the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, cardiac ultrasound indicated dilatation of the heart with impaired systolic function, while those without dilatation of the heart had diastolic dysfunction;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Heart failure due to hypertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease, rheumatic valvular heart disease, dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation or other cardiovascular diseases diagnosed or currently diagnosed; (2) Severe diabetic complications, such as proliferative retinopathy, diabetic foot, or diabetic nephropathy (glomerular filtration rate <60ml/min); (3) other significant comorbidities, such as neoplasms, hypothyroidism, hepatorenal insufficiency, immune and rheumatic diseases or major psychiatric disorders; (4) The use of hormones and psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months; (5) Preparing for pregnancy or becoming pregnant; (6) Incomplete examination or incomplete data
