Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. ASA class II–III; 3. MMSE score > 23 points evaluated one day before surgery; 4. The subjects and their guardians voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms; 5. Projected operation time > 2 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with emerging or aging cervical spine trauma; 2. Individuals with restricted positions; 3. Individuals with cervicogenic-related dizziness and vertigo; 4. Comorbidities with clinical symptoms for central nervous system diseases; 5. Existence of communication barriers; 6. History of mental illness or use of antipsychotic drugs.
