18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational week is the middle and late stage (13-40 weeks); 2. Pregnant women with single/twin pregnancies; 3. Liver function test during pregnancy indicated TBA> 10umol/L, pregnant women diagnosed with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy; 4.BMI within the normal range (18.5-23.9kg/m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with chronic metabolic diseases or who are taking immunosuppressants; 2. Pregnant women suffering from hepatitis, fatty liver, gallbladder polyps, gallstones and other diseases of the biliary system; 3. Babies with severe deformities or genetic disorders.
