Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent PiCCO or interception-only hemodynamic monitoring as required 2. The clinician determines that circulatory failure may require fluid therapy when at least one of the following conditions is met: ?HR > 100bpm ?SBP2mmol/L, ? urine volume =0.5ml/kg·h for =2 hours ? skin markings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. <18 years old 2. Pregnant women 3. Brain death, epileptic status 4. There is active bleeding and it affects hemodynamic stability 5. Left ventricular insufficiency caused by acute coronary syndrome and malignant arrhythmia 6. There are contraindications for performing leg lift tests: intracranial hypertension, deep vein thrombosis, use of lower limb venous compression stockings, lower limb or pelvic fracture, lower limb amputation
